MTG Industries US Web Shop -- Info about Orders & Shipping
This Web Shop only accepts orders from US-based customers and only ships orders to the US. If you are located outside of the US, please buy our products from one of our retail partners.
We do not deliver orders to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
All orders are processed and shipped on the business day after you place your order. (Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.)
If your items are being shipping within the Continental US, we charge a flat shipping fee of $5 on orders under $59; orders over $59 are shipped for free.
If you are a US-based customer, but you are outside of the Continental US, we charge a flat shipping fee of $15 on all orders.
All items being delivered to the Continental US are shipped by ground carrier and can take 6 (six) or more days to arrive, from the time that the order is processed. Outside of the Continental US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.), shipments will take longer to arrive. We do not offer any expedited shipping options at this time.
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
If your order arrives with damaged items, missing items, incorrect items (not what you ordered), or you believe an item that you have received is defective, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After we hear from you, we will evaluate the situation and proceed accordingly. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will take place after 14 days of receiving your order.
We are not responsible for unclaimed packages or for packages that have been stolen or damaged after they have been delivered to you.
